Senate Dems should pass House CR with one amendment

The House passed a continuing resolution that includes $5.7 Billion for The Wall. There’s only one thing to do..give Trump what he wants with a teeny tiny amendment. Which is that the money can only be spent if Mexico pays for it. Not the tariff stuff that Trump claims, but an actual check from Mexico meant to be spent on the wall.
